still needed" (needed - approved)
The first comment highlights the top 5 recruiting needs as defined by the
absolute number of patients still needed
Where ever "still needed" is mentioned, include the percentage of patients still
needed. For example, if a gig needs 50 patients and 20 are still needed, the gig
should show 20 still needed (40%)
