Savvy currently has all patients sign a consent form prior to participating in a gig.
The default consent form is managed by Savvy, however, sometimes clients have specific consent forms.
A spreadsheet used to be use for tracking if a consent was on file, but for simplify, the process of checking that was dropped and Savvy just has all patients sign a consent every time
Specific problems
Requesting a consent is a manual process.
Patients are consenting more than once (sub-par experience).
Proposed solution
Store consent information in the platform
One click send consent request
Savvy uses SignWell, which seems to have a decent API
From RonnieβMove the entire consent process to the APP. If a selected participant does not have a signed consent on file, email with a link to the consent form (75% of the time itβs our consent vs our clients). Keep signed consent on file with date the consent was signed visible. (we need to re-consent yearly)
