Problem Statement: Our APP currently lacks the ability to track frauds across projects, which is a critical requirement for Project Associates.
User Story: “As a PA, I want Fraud Tracking, so that I can quickly tell who on a gig application has been marked as a fraud on any other gig application in the APP.”
Acceptance Criteria:
A visual cue on gig applications (table view) to see anyone who has been marked as a fraud on the APP
A tag of "fraud" in their patient tags

Automatically add "Fraud" to their patient profile
