As a Savvy team member, I want to communicate with patients when they are selected (but not "drafted") so they understand their application status.
Proposed Solution
Make it easy to toggle a visual to see diversity criteria (race/ethnicity, gender, age) at a glance in any view
Allow the user to "draft select" from approved patients
Allow the user to "finalize selected" from approved patients
