Problem/context
When a gig is marked closed, it remains published by default, which doesn't match Savvy's users' expectations
Proposed solution
Update the back-end so that when a gig is closed, it is also automatically unpublished.

Two things here - I think when we close a project, it should automatically be unpublished/stop accepting responses.
Secondly, I did manually uncheck publish after closing this MATTER one (I usually have been doing both). How would it still accept responses if I unchecked publish?
