Problem/Context
Approximately ~18% (7964/9695 patient gigs have been completed) of those that click "apply" or request a magic link for a particular gig don't end up submitting a screener.
Proposed Solution
Automatically send an email to patients who started, but didn't complete a screener if they haven't completed the screener 4 hours (arbitrary) after starting it.
